About YS Elite 2 Legacy
YS ELITE 2 LEGACY is a subsidiary of YS ELITE LEGACY, established to expand our representation of Takaful operators in Malaysia. Operating with the same core functions and commitment to professional service, YS ELITE 2 LEGACY complements our existing business operations.
Its establishment is aligned with Malaysia’s Takaful industry requirements, which limit General Takaful agents to representing a maximum of two Takaful operators at any one time, in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Takaful Intermediaries issued by the Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) within the regulatory framework overseen by Bank Negara Malaysia under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA 2013).
